Employe verification form and reponsibility
Notice of Resignation:
The employee must submit a written resignation one month in
advance so that work responsibilities can be smoothly controlled.
- If the employee leaves work without informing. So he will not get a salary, and if
he takes leave of 10 days or more with ulterior motives or by lying, he will also
not get a salary.
- If any medical emergency requires leave. So the employee will get a salary after
10 or 15 days after work, and he will be given only salary fare
Loyalty and Integrity:
The employee must always demonstrate loyalty and integrity so
as not to harm the reputation of the company
Confidentiality and Nondisclosure:
The employee must keep company information
confidential, even after termination of employment.
- The employee will not consume any kind of liquor or intoxicant and will behave
respectfully with any person or officer
- Intellectual Property Rights: Any creation created by an employee in the course
of employment belongs to the Company, with immediate disclosure and transfer
of rights
- The responsibility of police verification of the employee will be solely that of the
employee, the cost of which will be borne by the employee.
Termination of employment:
The employer has the right to terminate the employment if
he wants to terminate it with notice or filing with reason
Dispute Resolution:
Employment-related disputes will be resolved through tribunal or
settlement.
Modification of Terms:
The Employer reserves the right to make changes at its
discretion, which will be notified to the Employee in writing.
- The employee shall not indulge in any kind of quarrelsome or controversial activity,
otherwise, it will not have any bearing on the affairs of the Company.
- If any accident or mishap happens to a worker, his responsibility will be solely that of the
employer. 99 KitchenCookService Company will not take any responsibility in this nor will
pay any compensation.
