Refund Policy

1. Booking Fee

The booking fee (₹99 for daily and ₹999 for monthly/yearly bookings) is non-refundable.

2. User-Initiated Cancellations

Before Confirmation Call: No refunds.
Post-confirmation: Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. App-Initiated Cancellations

If 99KITCHEN COOK SERVICES cancels a booking due to chef unavailability, a full refund will be issued.

4. Refund Process

Eligible refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Dispute Resolution

Users must raise refund disputes within 7 days of the booking. Our support team will review and respond promptly.
